Olofin Favour Alexia is not your average creative. She’s a multi-talented storyteller, filmmaker, and digital strategist on a mission to help brands and individuals show up with confidence, consistency, and authenticity online. From founding two creative companies to directing her first documentary in university, Alexia has proven that creative expression isn’t just talent—it’s purpose.
At Gazmadu Education, we are committed to amplifying the true essence of creatives—not just by celebrating their talents, but by honouring their stories, bold beginnings, and brave pursuits. Through Tell HER Story, we shine a light on women like Alexia—multi-creatives who are shaping culture, business, and the future of storytelling in Africa.
Building brands in the Creative World
Alexia is the Founder of Grayy Digitals, a creative agency focused on helping individuals, brands, and fellow creatives show up consistently and authentically in the digital space. Her work centers on content creation, digital strategy, and visual storytelling—empowering clients to connect with their audiences with confidence and clarity.
She also leads The 1962 Films, a visual production company dedicated to powerful storytelling through documentaries, commercials, and editorial photography.
The Artist Behind the Agency
Long before she became a creative entrepreneur, Alexia was simply a young girl inspired by TY Bello, curious about cameras, and constantly affirmed by friends and mentors as “that creative girl.” Her heart burned for storytelling—but for a long time, she wasn’t sure what to do with it.
“I thought I’d land in tech or fintech,” she says, reflecting on her university days. “Maybe doing content or marketing. But the desire to tell stories kept knocking, and I couldn’t ignore it anymore.”
That turning point came during her final year of university, when she directed her first documentary, capturing the founding story of her pioneering school set. She didn’t have all the answers—but she said yes to the process, collaborated with other creatives, and brought the story to life. That one project unlocked the next phase of her purpose.
A Creative on a Mission
Alexia describes herself as “a channel for the Creator’s creativity.” Her work goes beyond aesthetics, it’s about preserving identity, amplifying voices, and creating content that matters.
Though she once thought she would end up in tech or fintech, her heart always leaned toward expression. She continues to expand her creative reach with focus and purpose.
Why She’s Part of ‘Tell HER Story’
