Precious Imuwahen Ajoonu is the Founder of SkillzHQ, a skills development and management consulting firm helping African businesses grow through high-impact talent development. She is also the Pioneer Director-General of the John Odigie-Oyegun Public Service Academy (JOOPSA), where she has trained over 10,000 civil and public servants, driven legislative reform, and built international partnerships focused on performance and innovation in the public sector.
Even more remarkable is her role as the creator of the Jobberman Soft Skills Curriculum, which has equipped over 2 million young people across Africa with employability and workplace readiness skills. Her curriculum is used across leading platforms like Coursera and continues to serve as a foundation for youth development on the continent.
